Energy meters

Where in the building are you using energy, and how is the usage distributed across the day? How do you distribute energy costs fairly amongst the tenants?

Do you have any questions?

To keep track of energy consumption, the building’s services first need to have the correct meter structure. With the correct meter structure, the building’s owners and tenants can stay in control of where and when energy is being consumed in the building. It will also result in accurate and fair cost apportionment between tenants, which in turn makes the building more attractive in the rental market.

With a good meter structure in place, you are better able to pick up on and rectify faults and discrepancies. Faults on meters and systems can be expensive if they are not identified quickly, but with a good meter structure you are always in complete control of your consumption.
